 Witlof Ham/Kaas uit de oven

Een heerlijk ovenrecept dat je helpt om de huiselijke Hestia die ergens in je verschuilt.. (en dat buikgevoel) vast te houden in deze drukke tijden..⟰ Kolen/stronken eten zullen je lijf rust en geborgenheid geven. En als je dit kunt vasthouden voel je je fijner in je Hestia home..en kun je warmte geven naar your loved ones.. ❤❤❤

Ik ben altijd van de less is more dus niet teveel dikmakende sauzen, maar ik zoek het juist in de verdieping van de smaak en dus de witlofsmaak...heerlijk gegaard in de ham/kaas verdeling..

* witlofstronken (7/8) voor 4 personen
* achterham of yorkham
* belegen kaas of jong belegen (kids)
* scheutje Riesling wijn (beblenheim)

Snij de witlofstronken doormidden en snijd het bittere stukje eruit. Rol de helften in een plakje ham en leg ze een voor een in de ovenschaal. Drapeer de plakjes kaas op de witlofstronken en giet een flinke scheut Riesling wijn erbij. 1/3 vol van de ovenschaal. Leg aluminiumfolie over de schaal en kind kan de was doen - Zet het in de oven.

25 min in de oven op 160-180 graden (electrische oven) en als je keuken heerlijk geurt naar je oven dish. Its ready sister straight away to your heavenly belly..😇

Enjoy et salud! met een glaasje Riesling on the side..
Serveer met aardappelpuree (slagroom en melk)/klontje boter.

Hi,

Thanks for visiting my new foodblog.. It has been a while since my last visit here at the blogspot.com, and I guess I am embracing full motherhood for a while. Of 3 now. Sofia, Ilana en David. God arent babies addictive ;) David is about 1 year from school and I will be short out of babies to kiss. So to enjoy them a little more.. since I gave my last Hestia workshop I feel a certain comfort coming into my life.. Rest is essential in a mothers live isn´t it. One left Goddess to kiss is Hera.. but she will pass by 1 day ;) - busy with kids these days.. Oh my Goddess.

An Italian movie: Baciami ancora - Kiss me more

This is an Italian movie about a point in live (the actors are around their 40ies) where you seem to have it all while at the same the feeling of being unsatisfied. Is this all kind of feeling? that we can encounter in live. Why do I like contradictory movies... because I know that to be happy and to be depressed is kind of the same thing. Its maybe a matter of time. You are just on the other side of the Yin Yang mountain where views can be opposite to one another.  Anyhow the moral of the story is to dare -to be courageous in love, to hold on to your dreams and to wish for babies..- and most important to hold on to simple things in live.
